Planning services can be cancelled within 48 hours of initial consultation for a full refund. Detailed planning work completed cannot be refunded once delivered.

All custom itineraries, guides, and planning materials created for clients remain the intellectual property of Pro Road Exploration but are licensed for personal use by the client.
